BTW, I'm also going to assume that either English is not your native 
language, or that you were simply typing quickly, and thus badly, 
because you need to have good grammar and communication skills when 
designing games.  The designer is the one responsible for creating the 
Design Document, which is largely what the programmers and concept 
artists use for reference, so if it's written badly, or the don't 
understand it, time is wasted and your game gets delayed.
