As Paul Smith said "Nobody gets hired for ideas." However, people do get
hired for doing work. Write a game design document, have some people look
at it. You should get started by reading existing ones out there. When
everyone agrees it is unsurpassably well written, thorough, detailed,
brilliant, and creative then send it around along with your application to
every game company you can find.

> Hello. I am trying to get into the video game industry. I have Ideas and I
have the basic game layout but as far as the computer skill to do it myself
I don't have. I was wondering if you know any companies that are looking for
people to come up with basic game Ideas. I have to ideas and the Ideas I
have for the games people told me they would like to play. I hope you can
help me out with this if so I hope to hear from you soon.
