[gameprogrammer] i got sdl... .... ... now what?

      Thanks to everybody for recommending SDL to me and for replying to my 
last post.  Now i'm stuck again.  I downloaded SDL as suggested, but as I 
said I'm a beginner.  I don't know how to set it up in my IDE so that I can 
use it!  I had the same problem trying to use the Fastgraph library a while 
ago.  I'm most comfortable with my Metrowerks CodeWarrior IDE, but I have 
Borland and Watcom too.  Can you explain where I put all the different files 
to get SDL working?  Would it explain how to do this in the IDE manual?
