I think we have done a little too much waiting already :-)

I think everyone should be able to contribute to the design, but the 
leaders and designers should probably have the final say as to what goes 
into the game.

I think we also need a layered schedule planned out so that we know 
which tasks can be done simultaneously and which tasks have to wait on 
other tasks to be finished before the task in question can be completed.

For instance, while the design work is going on, engine, tool, place 
holder graphic creation might be able to be take place. 

Any thoughts or comments?
