Hey-

Okay, this letter is going to be an attempt to clarify many points made 
earlier in one concise place (wish me luck)

1.  Everyone please send in what field you would like to work in(ie, 
programming, storyline, graphic artist, sound artist)  Also please indicate 
your level of "expertise" or experience in that field

2.  We need a project idea that everyone can agree on
Ideas so far include:
- Final Fantasy-style tile based 2D RPG like game (a mouthful)
- An Atari-style clone of something like Pacman or Space Invaders
- Text based RPG (did someone mention this, or am I imagining it?)
If you really want to do something different, SPEAK OUT!  we can't vote on 
your idea if we don't know what it is

3.  We need a date to get the project set up by.  I think March 1 is a good 
deadline for everyone to have sent in their ideas so that we can have a 
final vote and set up teams and leaders for each part of the project.

Lastly, I would like to put in my $.02 (2 cents)
I would like to do a 2D RPG tile based game, if everyone is up to it.
If we end up doing that, I can do programming (I have experience with tile 
based programming, graphically using DirectX.  I would also like to work 
with the storyline aspect of the project.  While I wouldn't be comfortable 
heading the storyline team, I would be fine doing a sort of co-chair of the 
team if no-one else comes forward that wants to do it alone.

I think that's everything.  Once again, I apologize for being long winded.
