Introduction
=========
As mentioned in a previous mail to the gamesprogrammer
list I was planning to start a game development
project.
There is currently no plan to what type of game will
be 
developed.  But I thought that if a team consisting of

varied talents was first put together,  the plan of
how 
to go forward and what game to develop can be
discussed  

Team Members Needed
==================
In order to keep control over the development of a
project and to make sure a project is developed in the

least amount of time,  the members of the team must 
follow the guidelines laid out.  The members will be 
selected to prevent the overloading of members in a 
single area.  

I have sorted out a list of experiences which I
thought 
would be useful at the initial stages,  these are as 
follows:

Programmers 
Story Writers
Graphical Artist

A number of experienced people in these area would be
a 
bonus,  but beginners with little experience would
also 
be selected.

What to expect from this project
========================
If a least by completing this project the team member 
would have gained invaluable experience in what it
takes 
to develop a game from the initial stages top release.
 
Although there will be no money involved but the team 
members will have their names displayed on the credit 
screen of the game when it is complete.

Members Terms and Conditions
========================

1.  This project is intended to be released as
freeware

2.  The Project Leader gives each member there
specifications 
    and a date when it should be completed,  the dates
given 
    can be reviewed by all the members before the
date(s) are 
    accepted

3.  Each member will need to be vetted for experience,
 beginners 
    will also be accepted depending on interest

4.  The project will be designed and written by the
members of 
    the team.  A vote will be made by the members on
undecided 
    issues.

5.  A member has the right to leave the project at
anytime he 
    or she wishes,  the name of the member will not be
displayed 
    in the credits when the project is complete

6.  A member can be forced out of the project by the
other members,  
    if an official complaint is lodged with the
WebMaster by email,  
    again a vote will depend on the result of the
lodged complaint

7.  The WebMaster has the right to cancel a current
members membership, 
    with good reason

8.  If a member of the team is having difficult with a
task,  the other 
    member must be made aware, so help can be given 

9.  All applications and utilities used to complete a
task must be 
    reported to the WebMaster

10.  The experience’s needed for the project may vary
from time to 
     time depending on the needs,  if this is the case
the current 
     members of the project will be approached to
complete a task before 
     help is sort outside the project members

11.  Tasks and reports will be organized and made
available to all 
     members by the WebMaster 14 days after initial
upload

12.  Each member will be graded on there input to the
project.
     The grades will be ordered using the following
terms:

    i.    Nit1   (lowest)
    ii.   Nit2
    iii.  Nit3
    iv.   Holder
    v.    Colon
    vi.   Super  (highest)

13. Each member of the team will be reviewed after a
period of time,  
    the review depends on whether the members grade is
left the same 
    raised or lowered

14. The tasks that a member submits to as complete, 
must be submitted 
    using the guidelines set out by the WebMaster

following separated by a space

In the body of the email place 
your email address,  information will be sent to you
within a few days.
