Hmm... aside from the access that MS provides on their site, from the "pay
for the CD" program they have, and from acquiring the SDK on cd from
another program/project cd, I doubt it.

Anyone on the MS developer's network here? Perhaps they will be able to
answer this question a bit better than I can. ^_^;;
