R: How did you make tetris...please help

Download DirectX 7 SDK from Microsoft, it can be used also with Visual
Basic, now. You can realize with few efforts a 2D graphics game. There are
also
many examples available in the SDK, very similar to what you want to
realize.
Beware only to the dimension of the SDK to download: it's about 120Mb. You
can also obtain SDK also from programmer's specialized magazines, or from
any FTP site near your provider.
