show process

hi
i call a app1.exe from app2.exe by CreateProcess win32 function but
when i loose focus of app1 by clicking on app2's window
i can not call it again from app2 ,in fact i do not know how call it again 
without creating another process,so i should call the app by a function 
which do the job of ALT+TAB of Windows or something else
which i do not know please help me.
