Menus...

Hi there!
I'm currently working on a game (PC/DirectX) and I need to add a set of 
menus at the start of the game (Like quake3 etc) that allow the user to go 
to different menus and change options etc....

I was wondering if anyone knows of any source code (Preferably in C!) that 
does a menu system, floating around on the web?! :o)

I'd like to have a pointer system in there as well - So something with 
hotspots would be nice!
