Please help me!

I'm just starting out programming games, and i was wondering if anyone could 
help me. I'm using Microsoft Visual C++ 5.0. Right now i'm just trying to 
get something up on the screen. The first time i tried to compile it, it 
worked! Then i changed a couple of things that wouldn't screw up anything, 
then when i compiled it again, it gave me this error: fatal error LNK1168: 
cannot open Debug/test.exe for writing. What the heck does this mean??? And 
how do you fix it??
