No Subject

I need to make a direct3drm sample in fullscreen mode with Visual Basic 5
and 
DirectX 5. Please send me some information or the URL for any tutorial that
can help me if somebody has got direct3drm documentation please send me
them because I got an error when I try to dowload it from the microsoft
page. For the VB'ers here is my sample. Please check and fix them  or tell
me how I do it .
    I have got a directdraw sample but I can't blit with arbitrary
rotation. 
I got the  following error:

DDERR_NOROTATIONHW
MsgBox "The operation cannot be carried out because no rotation hardware is
present or available."What's wrong?
