We should define some kind of rules here. I suggest at least following:

-subject required and reply to topic must be 'Re: subject'

-HTML allowed but encoding must be western european ISO-???? (I don't remember the number)

-Don't send email if you don't have anything to say. Saying 'Sorry I can't help' will only waste space from email box and old msgs archive (If there'll be one).

-Don't ask questions which you haven't even tried to solve yet.

-Read old message archive (if there'll be one) before asking question.
