GP: image clipper

Hi all,

Has anybody come across a utility which can compare each bitmap in a 
sequence and generate new bitmaps consisting only of the areas that have 
changed from one bitmap to the next?  This would of course be very handy for 
a sequence where an object moves across an unchanging backdrop.

If nobody knows of such a utility, then I'll write one (soonish), and I'll 
be happy to make it available to anyone who needs it.
